HandMade In Japan Fes (HMJ) is Japan's largest creators' festival, bringing together creators from all over the country to showcase and sell their original works. The event features a market where creators exhibit and sell original items such as accessories, bags, interior decor, kitchenware, art, tableware, and various handicrafts. Visitors can also enjoy the "Creator Area," which offers about 70 different workshops led by traditional craftspeople and popular creators. The "Music & Play Area" will host live performances by eight notable artists, and the "Food Area" will serve handmade foods sourced from all over Japan. This festival provides a sensory-rich experience, allowing visitors to engage with creativity in a way that can only be experienced here. The theme for HMJ2024, held at the start of summer vacation, is "Summer in NIPPON." Special attractions include an exhibition of over 100 works featuring fireworks motifs by HMJ creators, and a special booth showcasing original works from the "Japanese Festival x Creema Upcycle Project."
