Event Details

"Geo Cosmos" is a spherical display on the symbol exhibition. Although the exhibition is temporarily suspended while maintenance work is being carried out, we are taking this opportunity to hold an event entitled, "Currently in Maintenance! Geo Cosmos' 'Inside' Special Release" that reveals the sphere's internal structure, which is not normally visible.

At the moment, the sphere has been lowered to the ground for the first time in approximately 11 years, and each of the 10,362 panels are being changed from organic EL panels into the latest LED panels. Once this maintenance is over, visitors will be able to view brighter, more vivid and richer images thanks to the panels' increased brightness, wider color gamut and support for HDR. The maintenance work is scheduled to continue until March 2022.

This is the first attempt to showcase the "inside" of Geo Cosmos. Don't miss it!
